If the answer to this question doesn't involve "the popemobile", I'm out.

Mayor Walsh Thanks for doing this. One of the goals I've heard you discuss is affordable housing and reducing homelessness, especially for vets. One big barrier (beyond the obvious lack of units) is the process itself. Reams of paperwork, countless letters, verifications and screenings; the entire process seems designed to fail, especially for more vulnerable clients. Any thoughts on encouraging BHA to streamline (or perhaps digitize) some of that process?

Longer term treatment is available, but it's done in the community for the most part. If you're in the Boston area there are some great partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) that are covered by insurance. It's like a day program (9a-3p or so) that runs for a few weeks. The CSU that you were in is for just that: crisis stabilization. They aren't designed for a longer stay, because they are just there to get the crisis under control. The idea is that you would then transition to a lower level of care like outpatient or a PHP. I would suggest you talk to your insurance and ask about those programs. Best of luck, and good on you for getting help!!

Besides the obvious benefit of being able to work sans pants, what do you enjoy about voice work? Are there particular tricks you use to find a character's voice when you play them? Thanks for some awesome work!
