Phoenix, what exactly is the gap in enforcement that the Seattle PD can't cover that you feel you must? What do you think needs to be done so that SPD can cover without the need for citizens such as yourself taking dangerous risks?

Also, what is up with SPD watching Belltown so closely until all the bars close then disappearing entirely? I got harassed by a gang on 2nd ave at 4am once, no cops in sight. Kind of ridiculous how it's a ghost town from 2am until daybreak.
