I diagree with your characterization of the terrorism issue. The fact that we haven't seen an attack on the scale of 9/11 just gives credence to the fact that our law enforcement apparatus is working but the threat is still present and always will be.

He's currently served 9 years of his 35 year mandatory minimum prison sentence.

Criminal justice grad student here. What's the minimum prison sentence you feel this guy should serve in order for you to feel like you got "justice" from the CRJ system?
