What is currently being worked out in terms of standardizing the "legal levels" of THC when it comes to driving? How will these be enforced? Will there be a test similar to the breathalyzer that can be used onsite?

(a) NOTHING IN THIS SECTION IS INTENDED TO REQUIRE AN EMPLOYER TO PERMIT OR ACCOMMODATE THE USE, CONSUMPTION, POSSESSION, TRANSFER, DISPLAY, TRANSPORTATION, SALE OR GROWING OF MARIJUANA IN THE WORKPLACE OR TO AFFECT THE ABILITY OF EMPLOYERS TO HAVE POLICIES RESTRICTING THE USE OF MARIJUANA BY EMPLOYEES.

With alcohol there is a "legal limit" -- is there something along these lines being worked out for marijuana or is the law going more toward zero tolerance?

Holy confusing, but I get how it needs to be different to an extent. And I've heard a lot of arguments on both side of this. It will be interesting to see how this is all worked out in the long run.
