Theoretically, could P9 be Tyche? Wasn't that predicted to sit around 15,000 AU? Could WISE rescan to search for Tyche, now with a lower mass?

Can you give a quick TL;DR of your research? From what I understand, apart from the fact that TNO orbits lie in planes different from the planets', this image shows that as P9 moves through the Kuiper Belt, it flings the TNOs into highly elliptical orbits. Is that the "gravitational signature"? Also, how did P9 itself come to be in that 30 degree plane?
