How do you feel about companies like Monsanto dominating their market in the U.S.?

I’ve been doing some research on coronavirus related withdrawals and was hoping you could confirm whether my plan is sound or not. I’m under 59.5 and have a 401k with my current employer that has both traditional and Roth dollars. I’d like to roll those funds to my traditional and Roth IRAs respectively, under normal circumstances I’d have to leave my employer or reach 59.5 to do so. I understand my 401k will allow me to make a crd up to the full balance, but not as a direct rollover, it would be coded as a taxable withdrawal. Luckily I can opt out of the tax withholding though. Irs guidance indicates crd’s taken by end of year can be redeposited to a qualified plan within 3 years, and it it would be treated as a trustee to trustee transfer. To me I read this as it is considered a direct rollover. My concern is that if I distribute the full balance, that I might only be able to rollover either the traditional or the Roth dollars, perhaps because it might be considered an indirect rollover which can only be done once per rolling 12 month period. Irs guidance says it won’t be subject to the one per year indirect rollover limitation, but I’m hesitant to distribute what is to me a large balance with out asking someone first for fear of screwing my self over from a tax perspective. Do you have any thoughts, should I just rip the distribution and hope for the best and rely on the irs’s tax guidance or should I just seek a tax advisor?

Have you ever heard of this experiment? do you feel it gives reproducible, independent evidence of harm? It shows the third generation of hamsters fed only GMO soy, going sterile.
