Do people get paid more to do kinkier things (ie, like bdsm stuff)? Seems like that would take more effort and pain from the performers, even if it was something they were into.

I've really learned a lot about how to think more critically by listening to how you and John explain your thought processes. It is nice to be able to see a difference of opinion as just that, and not a personal attack or something to get defensive about.

You guys DO know that you teach more than science, history and literature, right? Thanks so much for that.
