What's your favorite snack?

The Adam Carolla Project was the height of television for me. How much of it was cooked? Specifically Ray refusing not to wear shoes, and the guys smoking cigarettes WHILE they're dumping paint thinner on the floor? Are they really that idiotic, or was that the producer's idea?
