I have mainly 2 questions.

Why did you remove the functionality of switching between two outlook accounts. I have two accounts one I use it as my main email and the other I use it as a personal email, for like sexting, sending dick pictures to girlfriend and etc.. so now i have to login/logout everytime. I really really really need this feature.. You guys said that it was removed to improve security.. etc.. but im not convinced.. change it immediately..

Also when I receive a message in messenger in outlook.com there is no indication to me that I got one if I am in a different tab. earlier in hotmail, the tab text used to change from the message i received and the outlook.com blablabla.. I hope you understand what I mean. Some sort of notification to new messages even when I'm invisible is what I'm asking for..

i forward my old gmail to outlook and all the emails that are forwarded from gmail are spam.. gmail's spam filters are shit..

Given you are going to invest more of your time with Microsoft.

How do you feel about most of the internet still have bad feelings about Microsoft. No matter what product microsoft releases it doesn't get any traction among most people may it be developers or general public. If google or apple releases Surface people will be all over it.

Also your marketing is the worst. No one knows what skydrive is and does, yet they use dropbox. What are you going to do about your marketing.. Given you acquired some of Nokia, hoping you also got their marketing dept. Atleast they are a little better than microsoft in this department..

Do you think Microsoft is still agile enough to compete with the likes of Google.. The last major update of windows phone is more than a year back. How can you be so slow and expect to compete with Google. My friend still gives me shit for suggesting her to buy lumia 800 when the OS was still windows phone 7.. and now she was stuck with a old and unupdatable version of an OS and no apps for 2 years.. How can microsoft be so late, shortsighted and slow with everything..

I love microsoft. I love surface, windows phone, onenote, and bing is getting better every day. But I just don't see many people using any of the above things.

I did read your annual letter. What you are doing to increase awareness and reduce poverty in really poor countries is very inspiring. Thank you.
