This is just... damn, man. You can file a complaint with little evidence, just to get a report saying you're having a problem. It's just a record, so when more things happen, you can add to that record. If she ever calls you, you can use the calls as evidence. You can hand write personal reports on what happened in your own words, provided it has dates and times. You can then call the cops after new incidents. You can even ask for a 30 day restraining order, based on your fears of this person, provided you have some evidence of why you're afraid. ANY contact after that will be useful evidence. If there's a situation or place that this woman usually finds you, then make sure to have a friend with you whenever you find you'll have to be in that situation again.
