All pharmaceutical companies intend to make money and are FOR Profit Enterprises. Medical marijuana is in CA a prescribed medicine. If that is the case with CA law it should be unconstitutional because the government is overreaching. That's like saying all Alcohol and Cigarette vendors can't make a profit. It's absurd.

it is legal in the state of California and the Constitution does not grant the power to regulate healthcare to the Federal Government (reason why ObamaCare was ruled a "Tax" to keep it legal). Medical Marijuana in CA is considered medicine, so he was operating entirely within the laws of his state. The jurisdiction of the federal government is at the very least suspect and at most they're overreaching and abusing their self-granted authority.
