Most of the requirements is a wish list anyway. If you meet a few that they feel strongly about, they might overlook the experience "requirement". Reach out to some recruiters in your area, they might have temp positions available that typically do not have harsh requirements and will give you the experience.

Yes! A fellow z400 owner! I love how it is fun basically anywhere, from heavily twisted forest trails to open dirt roads, but every time I take it out as a 6'0" guy, I feel like it is too small for me..
