Weed arrests are VERY interesting and actually the reason I think weed should be legalized.

In DC it s 8 (Eight!) times more likely you will be arrested for possesion if you are black vs white. Here is a Washington Post article about it. I remember reading a statistic that more than 80% of possession arrests in DC were of blacks. Now think about in reference to the fact that black and white people smoke marijuana at the about the same rate. It is absolutely crazy.

What do you see as the difference between a whistleblower and a traitor?

In other words, what makes one person that reveals state secrets a traitor versus another that reveals state secrets a whistleblower?

A good friend of mine works for State. Are you insane doing an AMA? Either you will say something and get fired or you can't answer anything.

When we go out I ask my friend all kinds of questions that he usually tries to answer to the best of his abilities. After 2 drinks his wife says enough and I am not allowed to ask him anymore. Too much of a chance he might slip.

Actually the city at the last census was found to be about 51% black and it is believed according to trends that by now blacks are less than 50%. Still a large portion since the other 50% includes all other races.

Yes. But I believe the 8 times more likely is in DC. Overall in the country I think it is 4 times more likely. But yes, still a big disparity.
