Morning, Malcolm! I'm a huge fan of your work and just recently finished D&G. I find reading your books always leads me to a new author or book to check out. Your interviews are a crucial part to your books, so I'll aim my question towards that concept. Before you became a best selling author, how did you go about getting interviews? Have your books changed a lot based on which people you were able/not able to interview? Thanks for all the great knowledge and I can't recommend your writing enough.
