I'm a small business owner, and after one customer gave my company a 1-star review, none of my other customers have been able to post any positive reviews for my company. I'm not saying all of them, but about 4 others have talked with me to tell me that the algorithm you guys use is filtering out their reviews, which are positive. They're in multiple states across the U.S., and have tried to post reviews over the past 2 years. So, the only review my company has on your site is a 1-star review from 2 years ago. Why is this?

FWIW, I've never been contacted by Yelp to pay for these positive reviews to be viewable, so there's that.
