If you look deeper, Obama has made nearly every promise in regards to the US military, especially in training and equipment. In his tax category he has broken more promises than kept or compromised, respectively. The economy and energy tabs are a little better, with a more equal division between promises kept and broken but a lot more compromises.

For being honest only 45% of the time, I expected more from Big Brotha.
