What is the single most impactful thing you'd recommend civilians do to stop the spread of and normalization of hate?

What other advice do you have in general for us to consider?

How do you strike that balance, when it comes to chasing curiosity without causing harm? And/or putting yourself/your team in danger? I assume there's no one answer, but maybe a particular event or story that you can think of?

I tend to browse the archives and the Wayback Machine for endless entertainment, but I'd love to hear about a time where the Wayback Machine and/or other information from your archives has served a greater purpose? I can imagine they have been integral for particular discussions around things such as "fake news" and bias online as of late...

It seems you hit many roadblocks both in your reporting, fact checking and storytelling. I can imagine this can be incredibly frustrating. Which roadblock has been the hardest to push through and what keeps you going?
