Whether obama's remarks yesterday about gay rights were a signal that the obama administration will actually try to pass meaningful legislation on gay rights.

Between the Hagel appointment and some of the rhetoric in the President's inaugural speech, the administration is starting to make clear that it is looking at a general reduction of the defense budget that goes beyond simply drawing down our presence in Afghanistan and Iraq. What are the chances that these cuts are actually significant?

In that same thread, what will the administration's second term agenda be, and what will actually get accomplished?
