Can we bring back Spirit? <sad puppy face>

As someone who works in IT security at a university, I know me and my colleagues take cyberstalking very seriously. The problem is that often times, unless someone slips with personal details, it can be incredibly difficult if not impossible to find out who the person is because of how many ways you can hide your identity and location.

That being said, I think that there are many people that write it off as impossible no matter what instead of doing the ground work to gather information. It sucks that it seems like that is what happened in your case but always remember there are those of us out there who not only want to help but actually will :)

So when you say hardcore, how hardcore are we talking? What kinds of things can we expect that will make this a truly immersive sim in terms of city building and city feel?
