Also, dis Bruce use headphones where he would concentrate on a recording of the sound of dripping water, as well as the sounds of background noises? I read thos somewhere. Also, according to what I read, the dripping water was on one channel and background noise on the other. This was so he could turn one sound up or down as he concentrated on the water. He did this for concentration. So, it was training for him to be in a relaxed/meditative state in a real fight/encounter. Also, did Bruce work with a clock and light timer? Note: this also has a switch setup. This equipment was for reflexes, first strikes and non-telegraphed training. Sorry for the typos, sending on my cell. x Mike
