My question is: Australia is faced with an ageing population, besides a shortage of workers and the subsequent challenges that would offer, what do you feel is the greatest challenge facing Australia and it's people, from all walks of life, in the coming years?

In normal society there are 'classes'. Upper class, middle class, etc. Is there a class system in this virtual world? If so, is it based on who has the most money, or are there other factors?
