How much control does a Mesmer have over Clone and Phantasm behavior? Is there a UI in place to allow him/her to direct them, do they have the same AI as necromancer minions, or what exactly?

I know that in a lot of games with open world building development, you eventually reach a threshold where all the lots--or all the lots that are in meaningful locations anyway--are taken up. Do you have plans to mitigate this, or is it your intention that real property ownership and control should be competitive among members of the same realm?

That seems to suggest that by contrast male-on-male harassment isn't systematic. Thanks for clarifying.
