Not OP, but both my hands are paralyzed. Besides speech-to-text there's also certain tools that can be used. The one I'm most familiar with is like a wrist strap with sticks on it that you can use.

How incomplete is your level now? What treatments were used on you? How much time did you spend rehabilitating?

I was in a swimming accident when I was 12. My spinal cord was bruised around C4 and C5. I was a complete quad but recovered most of my upper body with various treatments. It's taken me many years to adapt and really wish I'd had a guide of some sort. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Final edit: I got it!

The "Yes my pussy works!" ep is one of my favorites. I've had that scenario a few times. Came to say I love the series and hope the next season goes smoothly. Keep it up!

Although I'm not planning on having kids, I can imagine that scenario clearly. I have reactions like that whenever I get birth control or any sex related items. People just have no clue.
