I've been to Noma a number of times. What a fantastic achievement to have built that. The sense of adventure is always fun, and I really appreciate that even with all the accolades, the staff always is relaxed and never snobby. But as the ambition level has increased to stratospheric levels, I find myself feeling more and absurd for being a part of such a giant apparatus purely set up for pleasure.
Can you understand why someone could feel like this?
Do you ever feel like hitting the 'reset' button and doing something more simple? Or do you feel like this would go against everything you have been trying to build?
