As another Hispanic female - what the hell are you talking about? I haven't notced any trolling from black twitter because they are usually too busy defending themselves from trolls. When they talk about "white tears" they are poking fun at how upset and offended some white people get when faced with perceived discrimination. Except the "discrimination" is usually things like CoonTown being banned or someone making a scholarship for black people or something.
