What are the most cost and time effective forms of enrichment do you give to the dogs?

I like to put kibbles and a lacrosse ball in a kong wobbler so the kibbles would dispense slower. I also like to put it outside in the grass at night so my dogs have to really use their nose to find the kibbles.
