What kind of cybersecurity/data integrity measures are you taking to keep the data safe from hackers or ransomeware? Or is this aspirational and not intended to be a promise to consumers that th FTC might take issue with later on, should the data leak?

Did any of you read Barton Gellman's book on his NSA work at the Washington Post and the Guardian? Would you have a comment about Gellman's assertion that there is a gentleman's agreement among American publications to minimize reporting on US intelligence issues in favor of self censorship, and undue deference waiting for government agencies to confirm facts? Or have things changed in general/specifically at WaPo (maybe even because of thr Snowden publications) in ten years that the past truth of that assertion no longer holds?

Even if I rinse dried chickpeas (before they are rehydrated and cooked) they don't taste a bit weird. How can I get rid of that slightly metallic flavor?
