I work for a different courier company but we have emergency buttons on the scanner that will call 911 and at the same time send a message to dispatch with the GPS location. If you don't respond to dispatch they forward to local level and someone goes to find you.

Again, this is a different courier that's been in business 60yrs and cares about the employees, so it probably doesn't apply to Amazon.

how hard was it to crash the plane? did you instincts keep fighting you to pull out of the dive or did you just pretend it was a game?

I'm not trying to absolve Amazon, but most people working manual labor jobs aren't happy in general.
