No, but I read the wiki about it. The state Lottos basically look up to boyscouts, see the $2.1 bil Cali winner is a full Eagle scout, so I think the drawings are over seen by a bunch of slackers who weren't as outstanding of character as they draw and machine QP for their choice of winner. Personally, I think they should take notice of me, I'm an outstanding character and I've been to the moon without a rocketship which is to show all human potential so we can stop thinking less is possible of ourselves and others when we lead.

I completely disagree. They apparently had talked about it in the '80's in order to ensure the money isn't used by any type of criminals, like narco terrorists ect. Or people they disagree with ideologically. And I for one, feel like they are cheating it and showing off about it like they can't be stopped.

Are the State Lottos (MM & PB) cheating? Are they cheating at the ticket terminals, like choosing numbers for people they don't like, and are they also choosing winning balls too?

There low risk, sharing of insider information between enough people and people wanting to include everything especially when kidnapping kids and telling them they will only be playing the lotto, with it's poor damning reputation. Plus, it's more distraction and shit against their enemies.
