Many people point to Venezuela as the inevitable result of a governent run by socialist ideology. Do you agree with this belief or do you think there are other more important contributors?

I dive but have never dove with stingrays. I know someone who has however and relates them to the puppy dogs of the sea. Just do not come up behind them. They instinctively jut their tails out at anything approaching them that way as it's usually a predator.
