I'm a Manitoba resident just finishing high school, and one thing that strikes me is the level of technology-related jobs here. My question is, how would national funding for such a space plan be distributed, and how would it help aerospace companies (such as Magellan here in Winnipeg) to develop their facilities here and create jobs?
