I have been interested in aikido since one of my fencing trainers suggested it years ago but I find many of the organizations set the spiritual aspects as a nesssicary part of training. What are your views on this connection. Is it unable to be disconnected and if it is how would this change the dynamic?

Love your work, been following it for years and years and in my darkest times you always seemed to post something super relevant that bumped me out of a spiral. Things are good now but I still check at least weekly to see if you have posted anything new. peopleWatching has been a fantastic treat I can now share with my husband. I know some of peopleWatching has pulled from past content but the pace you seem to be releasing content is something we have not seen from you in ages, was this a long build up or a super intense work period?
