How exactly are you able to type, or at least type very in depth and well? Also, what type of exercise do you get daily?

Who is your favorite cuber? I'm a pretty new cuber myself, but I guess I know a little bit about the community. Also, I'm just starting out and am only sub 45, what can I do to improve? I know intuitive F2L and a bit of 4LLL if that helps.
