I like the broad and not-too-strict routines. Far more realistic and relatable than a lot of the Twitter and LinkedId influenceoooors ridiculous routines that start with an ice bath at 4:45am followed by micro-dosing ayahuasca and a 12mi run.
You mention that you "research or outline or whatever is currently called for". Curious to know what app, if any, you take notes/outline in. What about to-do lists? I've tried too many things without longterm success.
