After reading so many factual and brutally honest responses you have shared with us, this one made me laugh out loud. I am both sorry and thankful - you are a wonderful woman that is an example to anyone who feels they've been done an injustice. Thank you.

That does make me curious: how much did you know of the plot surrounding your character / episodes beforehand and whilst you were recording the scenes in question?

I see several references in your replies regarding your curiousity about their networks.

Is there anything you can share with us about how those networks are set up? Did anything surprise you? What is your opinion on differences, and are they better or worse than the ways we would set them up?

Can you give examples of things that surprised you when you saw the episodes? (At least, I assume that is when you learned of the full plot!)

How do you match your notes? Do they give a name? Or is it by the number they call from? I'd figure that you wouldn't be able to see that because you work from home though...

My point being.. is there a chance the guy could have accidentally 'lucked out' in confusing your system to match another customer?
