As a local I wonder, how have you noticed the area change since you took over the pub? How about your clientele? Still the same mix of NCAD day drinkers and blow in tourists?

It's cleaned up a lot thanks to the tourist route to the storehouse. Still dodgy as fuck some spots, but more presentable now.

And a bona fide hipster cafe on Meath Street. The gentrification is real. Fuckin Niall Harbison is inviting the middle class to move there on lovindublin. I still think the rough edge will scare them away
