The first Winklevoss Bitcoin Trust ETF filings (2013) precede Gemini (2014/2015). Did you guys start Gemini because of it? Meaning was the goal to create a regulated exchange so that SEC concerns could be addressed and the ETF could be approved?

Coinbase has made steps to become an SEC-regulated securities broker-dealer (https://blog.coinbase.com/our-path-to-listing-sec-regulated-crypto-securities-a1724e13bb5a). But I, too, prefer Gemini's approach of limiting listings to ones that have more quality than some random XYZ coin.

How are you planning to engage with regulators and legislators in 2019? Separately, there hasn't been much news about the Virtual Commodity Association since its launch, what are the plans for the VCA in 2019?
