Awesome question... too lazy to dive into the research, but in my experience, we throw steroids at the immune-related adverse events of checkpoint inhibitors.
EDIT: Here is a paper that outlines possible treatments. Approach to therapy depends heavily on severity of the reaction. If not responsive to steroids, other agents (eg TNF blockers) can be considered.

Heart failure occurs when your pump (your heart) isn't pumping adequately. Pacemakers function to regulate heart rate which is only necessary in certain circumstances, they do not improve pump function.
