How would you describe your relationship to the fairly rigid structure of the panels in Dinosaur comics. Did you ever feel restricted by it, or felt it became easier over time to think in that particular formula?

Generally speaking, research has shown that trying to "vent" aggression through aggressive sports actually causes individuals to be more aggressive.

tl;dr: If a sport rewards violent behaviour, it will make the person more violent overall.

Also notes the notion of "Catharsis" in this context isn't empirically supported.
