More add-ons, and if I remember correctly, Firefox is faster than Chrome these days.

Also, Google products aren't exactly known for good privacy, so Firefox is a safer choice too. If you like Chrome but like privacy, you should check out Chromium.

Then to the actual question: How does Lightbeam differ from tools like DoNotTrackMe or Ghostery? (Yes, I know that Ghostery sells data about users but I just used that as an example)
