I never understood why people downvote someone for asking a question. Especially on a reddit called Ask Me Anything

Is the new site going to follow the same tight formatting rules?

Quite a few times CMV viewpoints get put forward but the automod rejects them for some, what seems, arcane reason.

So a minority of a extremist group is now "Muslims have to kill jews", with the implication being all Muslims.

I'm an atheist and even I can't blame all Muslims for the actions of Isis.
