How was it to work with Heath Ledger on 10 things I hate about you?

Did you really leave Bert Kreishers house when he screwed up a dish by adding way to many hot peppers and you told him it was not fixable?

Is that a stainless steel wall covering behind your cook top? I have been considering one for ease of clean up, how do you like it?
