Focus on your skills and list anything professionally related that can be documented either on paper or by a reference. If all you've got is school then list any awards you've won, your GPA (if it's good), whether you graduated with honors, and any extracurricular activities that might translate into professional skills (e.g., editing a newspaper, political activism, fundraising, etc.). And keep things quantifiable whenever possible (e.g., if you have programming experience, indicate how many languages and your years of experience with each; if you've done fundraising, specify how much was raised either by you or by your cause).
