Hi Chloe. I enjoy your show and I'm really digging your AMA. You are obviously angling to be the next Goddess of Reddit, and I support your candidacy.

Scientists are good. I'm all for science.
But the EPA needs to be about enforcement -- serious, terrifying, CEO-prison-term enforcement. Lawyers are actually much better at that than scientists are.
Please give it to us straight, Mr. Gurr: Do you just want to take down the EPA as another regulatory agency? I don't agree with the typical Republican anti-regulation stance, but I'd respect you a great deal more if you admitted it.

I actually wish there were such a thing as "death panels."
That might be considerably better than life or death being decided solely by individual health insurance bureaucrats, whose only concern was the size of their next bonus.

Okay, assuming that linkedIn is indeed valuable for finding a job, how important is it to cultivate only professional links?
For example, I'm a software developer, and I'm only interested in work relevant to software development. However, whenever I join a company, there are always scores of non-colleague company employees who want a link from me. Should I refuse links from employees who are irrelevant to my work (for instance, Roger from marketing or Vickie the receptionist), for fear of diluting my professional network?
