How does one correctly decipher bout footage?

I know you get paid to do so, so you can't give us all the secrets, but any hints and tips??

Do you feel trash talking on the track is douchey?

With all your travel from huge leagues to no-name leagues and everything in between, do you ever want to join the WFTDA BoD and help bridge the divide? Or help the smaller leagues that are basically on their own, paying WFTDA Dues with absolutely no direction from their governing body that only caters to the big 10?

As someone that does a sport that is pay to play (where folks are paying hundreds of dollars a year in dues/travel/gear out of pocket) - Do you ever feel guilty that you take additional money (you're not a cheap coach and your income is pretty much solely from coaching derby) from them to coach aka show them skills so derby can thrive in their area?
