You must work in Oklahoma. In Philly, I watched a guy lose $50k in two shoes of blackjack. In Vegas people lose far more than that.

1) Pumping oxygen into a casino would be a ridiculous fire hazard. The Vegas casinos take fire safety extra seriously because a horrible fire killed a bunch of people at the old MGM, what is now Bally's. The temperature is kept nice and brisk to keep you alert. I can't even imagine what a casino spends on AC in the summer. Easily 6 figures per month.
2) Back when slot machines shit out nickles, they probably put better machines by the doors. Now they're pretty uniform. The quarter and dollar slots are much looser than the penny and nickle games. But you have to bet a lot more money.
3) I've never seen a roulette wheel that wasn't an old fashion piece of wood with a really good set of bearings. But there are lots of digital roulette and other table games. They have very expensive random number generators that work very well. The results are audited by the state.
4) Tightening or loosening slots is a huge process that involves filing paperwork with the gaming commission. It's not something you do willy nilly. Even if they could, it makes very little difference over a small time period.
5) Look on the casino's web site. If the job requires you to have any contact with customers at all, you have to be able to handle horribly obnoxious drunk people with a smile while on your feet all day. Working on the casino floor is brutal. You couldn't pay me enough to do it.

This is far too interesting of a question for Lady Gaga (or her PR people) to answer. Only the most softball of questions are getting replied to. She's just here to pimp a new album.
