Not all illness and cancer are text book symptoms at start, so what were your very first symptoms ? How long after the start did it get serious?

It got serious in 30 days.

Wow that's fast, so no stool changes? Mucous or blood ect?

Let's say someone has (text book) symptoms but is too nervous for colonoscopy, how terrible do you feel at this point?
