It varies from card to card, but generally EVGA buys the GPU's from NVIDIA, and the rest is an EVGA design. The PWM, VRM, Cooling design, etc. (This is not always the case if it is a reference design though)

So for quality we do multiple steps here, one test at factory overseas, then another test when it arrives in US/EU.
