Hi Francesca I have 2 Questions (technically 3)

1) Was it hard to change character from some one who was mean and a bully to some who has one the biggest crush on Arnold? Was there a method to do this?

3) Helga has a depressing backstory, but yet one of the most awkward and strange dialogue in the show, especially concerning Arnold. So my Question is, In your opinion what was the most awkward or strange dialogue to record for Helga?
