What are your thoughts on the shift from traditional animation to CGI that has taken place in major animated movies? Has it had much of an impact in the quality of the movies or the way studios approach them?

What, in your opinion, makes ostriches better than other large birds?

What was the selection process like back in the 60s? I know these days there are a lot of physical testing that candidates need to be able to complete, as well as scenario testing (one that I can recall hearing about was simulated helicopter escapes over water). It would be interesting to hear what sort of things you went through in the selection process as a comparison!
